The aim of the development was to redesign the project architecture in order to:

• Increase project's productivity and scalability,
• Improve expansibility for additional modules integration,
• Safe transfer of existing data to new database.

At the moment of the start of development there were following statistics:

• About 300.000 active users, 2.5 millions of pictures, 20 millions of comments, millions of ratings, recommendations etc.,
• 1.500 pictures added every day, 10000 comments, ratings, recommendations etc. added every day.

By November 2008 we have achieved the following goals:

• Up to 100000 unique visitors a day, 1.5 millions hits a day,
• The customer carries out the project support and development on the installed architecture using internal team of developers
• The customer can manage project's productivity by adding new hardware wihtout amendment of the code.
